As you may or may not already know we have a price increase that will go into effect 11/1/2021. If you aren’t aware of this already make sure to review the blog post titled Price Adjustments (9/29/21).
In the past, whenever we’ve had to implement a price increase, it’s been hard for us as a salon family. We’ve never had an increase that wasn’t fully warranted in one way or the other but the longer we’re in business we understand this is the norm for any industry over a period of time.
We want to make sure we’re completely transparent with our pricing and that it also makes sense to you. We’ve listed a breakdown in the Price Adjustments blog but sometimes you may need clarification. Please, if you have any questions regarding your service charge just let us know and we can break it down for you.
Also, our stylists have monthly goals they meet and when these goals are met consistently over a three month period they qualify for a level jump which boosts their individual prices by a small percentage. Typically, clients don’t even notice this increase but in-house this is a celebration of that particular stylist and her hard work.
In an effort to remain your “go to” for beautiful hair we hope that you will also realize that if your current stylist is now, for any reason, out of your price range we would love to help you find another stylist that better fits your hair budget.
