To ensure the highest quality of service for every guest, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled session. Our services are timed to the minute to provide a relaxed, high-end experience; therefore, late arrivals may result in a modified service or the need to reschedule (subject to our cancellation fee).
Please note that sessions are billed based on the original time reserved.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the standard of excellence that defines The Salon of Florence.

We completely understand that life happens and schedule changes may be needed. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a 24-48 hours’ notice.
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This allows us to respect our stylists’ time and offer availability to other guests.

The Refreshment Station: We invite you to enjoy a selection of curated snacks and beverages at our complimentary station throughout your visit.
Dine-In Comfort: For our guests joining us for extended sessions, you are more than welcome to have lunch delivered directly to the salon. We want you to stay fueled and relaxed while we work our magic—consider us your personal retreat for the day.

We only stock what we truly believe in, but we know every head of hair is unique! To make sure your vanity is full of "holy grail" products, here is our salon refund policy:
If you’ve tried a product a few times and it’s just not "the one," bring it back with your receipt! We’ll happily exchange it for something that fits your hair goals perfectly.
Tech happens! If a pump fails or a bottle is damaged, let us know. We’ll swap it out for a fresh one (or store credit if it’s no longer available).

Please note that we do not offer discounted child pricing; our rates are based on the time and artistry required for your specific hair goals.
